Unfortunately, we turned a blind eye towards it. “The Nageshvara Temple, Begur” is the heritage structure we are referring to. The Panchalinga (five Shiva lingas) in the temple marks its distinctive feature.

ಸಾವಿರ ಮೈಲಿನ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಶುರುವಾಗುವುದು ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯಿಂದ.ಅಂತದೊಂದು ಆರಂಭವು ಎಷ್ಟೊ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಂತ್ಯಹಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿನ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು, ಕೆಟ್ಟದು,ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಏರಿಳತಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲವು ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಅಲೆಯನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವವರಿಗಿಂತ ಅದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈಜುವವರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಹಲವರಿಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವಷ್ಟು ಶಕ್ತಿ,ತಾಳ್ಮೆ,ಧೈರ್ಯ, ಇಲ್ಲದಿರಬಹುದು, ಹಾಗೆಂದ ಮಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲರು ಹಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗು ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಹೊಸ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಸಾಲದಕ್ಕೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನವರಿಗೂ ಪ್ರೇರೆಪಿಸುತ್ತ ಸಮಸ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನೆರವಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಂತಹವರನಲ್ಲವೇ ನಾವು ನಾಯಕರೆಂದು ಕರೆಯುವುದು.

“I wanted to be a change-maker, which is the primary cause that lead me into politics- fighting the negativism surrounding politics”, Kavitha Reddy say. If citizens like her, the youth, do not seek change, people will start to move out of the democratic set-up altogether. Mrs. Kavitha Reddy, B.PAC’s B.CLIP leader felt it her responsibility to fight the growing negativism about politics among the youth.
Creating an Innovative Karnataka
Karnataka State and Bengaluru City have been fortunate to have the IT industry as an engine of growth for the last 25 years. Today the IT industry has over 15 Lakh employed here, more than 25000 companies of which around 7,000 are startups, an export revenue of 45b$, more than 450 research labs with over 400 Fortune 500 companies getting their work done here. Bengaluru has over 125,000 chip testers and designers, the largest in the world with over 200 chip design companies even though India has no Fab. Bengaluru has more than 20000 automotive software engineers and designers, more than 10000 aeronautical engineers and designers. Lately over 500 start ups using AI and ML have come up with India’s first Fund for AI/ML being started here.
