He handles B.PAC’s communication, marketing, and media relations. He is a post graduate in Mass Communication and also holds a PGDBA degree in Marketing.

Raghavendra H. S. is our head of the B.CLIP program. Additionally, he works on elections-related activities in close collaboration with the Chief Electoral Officer of Karnataka and the Bengaluru Bruhat Mahanagara Palike (BBMP). He has a Masters in Communication from the Presidency College. Previously, he worked in print and electronic media for four years. He is a true Bengalurean who is working towards promoting good municipal governance. He also works as a freelance journalist.

Harshitha Venkatesh is a Political Consultant heading the B.Engaged participatory democracy program at B.PAC. A holder of a PGP degree in Public Policy and a Biotechnology Engineering degree from BMS College of Engineering, she brings together technical and policy expertise in her work.
Her career in social development began during her college years, with a focus on urban poverty and sustainability. She has gained experience in political campaigns and constituency management through her work with a leading Bengaluru-based consulting firm. Harshitha is also an alumna of the U.S. State Department and MASHAV programs.

He is a postgraduate in Political Science and International Relations and a graduate in Electrical Engineering. His research interests include governance, geopolitics, gender studies, and Defence and Nuclear Security Studies.
