ಸಾವಿರ ಮೈಲಿನ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಶುರುವಾಗುವುದು ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯಿಂದ.ಅಂತದೊಂದು ಆರಂಭವು ಎಷ್ಟೊ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಂತ್ಯಹಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿನ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು, ಕೆಟ್ಟದು,ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಏರಿಳತಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲವು ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಅಲೆಯನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವವರಿಗಿಂತ ಅದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈಜುವವರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಹಲವರಿಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವಷ್ಟು ಶಕ್ತಿ,ತಾಳ್ಮೆ,ಧೈರ್ಯ, ಇಲ್ಲದಿರಬಹುದು, ಹಾಗೆಂದ ಮಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲರು ಹಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗು ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಹೊಸ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಸಾಲದಕ್ಕೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನವರಿಗೂ ಪ್ರೇರೆಪಿಸುತ್ತ ಸಮಸ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನೆರವಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಂತಹವರನಲ್ಲವೇ ನಾವು ನಾಯಕರೆಂದು ಕರೆಯುವುದು.
