Bangalore Political Action Committee (B.PAC) is a non-partisan citizen’s group that aims to improve governance in Bengaluru and to enhance the quality of life of every Bengalurean. B.PAC is specifically targeting good governance practices, integrity and transparency in all arms of the government, improving the quality of infrastructure in the city, identification and support of strong candidates for public office at all levels of governance and the creation of a safer city where the rule of law is ensured for all citizens of Bengaluru as highlighted in B.PAC charter and agenda for Bengaluru.
Born of a will to convert urban apathy to positive actionable change, B.PAC has grown into an influential, neutral, apolitical organization that works towards enabling good governance and encouraging active engagement with citizens, civic bodies and the government. B.PAC has emerged as a platform for participative democracy, inspiring informed voting by advocating for a transparent campaign financing, responsible electioneering, organizing pre-election debates and preparing reports of the candidates contesting in elections.

Mohandas Pai is the Chairperson of the Board of Manipal Global Education Services Pvt. Ltd and Advisor to the Manipal Education and Medical Group. He is also on the Board of Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte Ltd ("APFT"), as Trustee-Manager of Ascendas India Trust ("a-iTrust). Recently, he has co-founded AARIN Capital to fund operational support to technology, e-commerce, healthcare & life sciences.

He has held distinguished appointments in the infrastructure, energy, transportation and urban development sectors, including Additional Chief Secretary, Energy Department; Chairman, BESCOM, Managing Director, Bangalore International Airport Ltd; Managing Director, Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd; Managing Director, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation; Commissioner, Bangalore City Corporation (BMP) for two terms, Commissioner for Commercial Taxes and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister.

A graduate with interest working on citizen participation, politics and democracy. Prior to joining B.PAC, had worked in manufacturing and service industries.
Sachin Tantry is a media & communication professional with experience Radio, Films, Public Relations, communication management and Media education. He manages all the communication, marketing and media relations at B.PAC.
Raghavendra H.S. leads the B.CLIP program at B.PAC. He works with all elections-related activities with CEO Karnataka and BBMP. He has done Masters in Communication from Presidency College.
