We are back with a new B.CLIP Batch! The applications for B.CLIP Batch 9 are now officially open.
As Bengaluru continues to grow in both size and numbers, there is a greater and dire need to ensure that the city's infrastructure and public institutions are geared up to work effectively and ensure a better standard of living. In an endeavour to create proficient civic leaders who would lead the city on a progressive path, B.PAC initiated the B.PAC Civic Leadership Incubator (B.CLIP) Program in 2014. The program aims to create a pool of informed leaders with the ability to work on various important civic issues in Bengaluru, and act as a pressure group to bring in transparency and accountability into the system.
B.CLIP participants undergo four months of intensive classroom sessions. Towards the end, they are expected to take up specific field-work projects in their localities that test the knowledge gained by them during the 4 months of the program. Each project involves a combination of advocacy and organising awareness programs, working with local leaders in getting civic issues solved, and creating plans for sustainable results.

ಬಿ.ಪ್ಯಾಕ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆಡಳಿತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾಗರೀಕ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದ (ಬಿ.ಕ್ಲಿಪ್) 9ನೇ ಆವೃತ್ತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಿಯ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ನಾಗರೀಕರೇ,
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾಳಜಿಯುಳ್ಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಬದ್ದತೆಯ ನಾಗರೀಕ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಳಮಟ್ಟದಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಮಟ್ಟದಿಂದ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವುದು ಬಿ.ಪ್ಯಾಕ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿ.ಪ್ಯಾಕ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಬಿ.ಕ್ಲಿಪ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು 2014 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶುರುಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.
ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಿಂಗಳು (ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಶನಿವಾರ 3 ಗಂಟೆಗಳು) ನಡೆಯುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನಾಯಕನ್ನು ತರಬೇತಿಗಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
